The dialogue is tin-eared in the extreme, the 3D is used in a strictly tokenistic fashion and the absolute lack of a sense of irony or humour makes the more solemn scenes all the more laughable. However, as escapist, effects-driven matinee fare for unfussy children during the holidays, this adaptation of The Last Airbender animation series passes muster Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban full movie.
